the doctor was concerned because my blood pressure was high. we went to the hospital for some blood work and labs. everything is fine, and so we wait as the baby is still cooking

my friends surprised me with a baby shower gift after church today.

i am feeling very grateful.

i only have 21 days left in this pregnancy. i feel as huge as a house. i can’t sleep. my hands are swollen. and i have a miserable cold.

thank you, nick jr. for occupying my very active, little boy while i try to nap in 25 minute increments.

i’m trying to knock this cold out before it gets started.

i got some much needed time to myself to scrapbook while the kids were at school.

i couldn’t decide if i wanted one of the donuts we brought into thomas’ school:

or if i wanted one of the leftover cupcakes we made for thomas’ party:

so i had both

the beloved Batcave.

this was on the very top of the christmas list.

he told us that if he didn’t get the batcave on christmas, he was going to go to his room and stay there the whole day.

he’s oh, so dramatic!
